Can I join with CS2?

No. This ladder uses CS:GO Legacy. You need a compatible CS:GO client and a linked Steam account. CS2 is a different version of the game.

What are the Competitive rules?

Matches are 5v5, MR12: up to 12 rounds per half and 13 round wins to win in regulation. At 12:12, MR3 overtime begins, with three rounds per side. Another tie leads to another overtime.

The map and starting side are chosen through the website veto. There is no knife round. Everyone readies up after joining, then plays the halves and any overtime.

Is the captain's ready enough?

No. Every player must type !ready after joining the server. The website shows connection and confirmed readiness separately. The captain cannot ready up for other players.

How long is a round in CS:GO?

A Competitive round lasts 115 seconds, or 1:55.

How do !pause and timeout voting work?

The captain types !pause to request a timeout without a vote. The same command from another player opens an in-game team voting menu. A majority must vote yes.

Each team has three 60-second timeouts for the entire match, including overtime. The limit does not reset when sides switch. A timeout starts at a round boundary and ends automatically.

Can I return to a match after disconnecting?

Yes. Return with the same Steam account to the assigned server and check recovery status on the match page. Disconnecting alone does not mean abandonment. Once abandonment is confirmed, the player receives no positive ELO from a team win; the normal loss adjustment can still apply.

Who can download a demo and when does it expire?

Anyone can download the demo from a finished match’s page, including guests. After the game ends, wait for the download button to appear.

The demo is available for 14 days after publication. Afterwards, you will see “Demo expired”. If there is no recording, the page shows “No demo for this match”.

What does the 90-second-delayed coverage show?

The radar shows player positions, equipment and events with a 90-second delay. The timer refers to the displayed moment in the game.
